Jason is an attorney with White & Jocham whose practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, trusts, probate, and estate administration. With more than 15 years of experience in financial services before becoming an attorney, Jason brings a unique combination of legal and financial knowledge to helping individuals and families plan for the future.

Jason began his financial services career with Edward Jones in Greenfield before joining Merrill Lynch and later Greenfield Banking Company as a Private Wealth Advisor. Throughout his financial services career, he trained and mentored more than 50 financial advisors. He joined the firm now known as White & Jocham in 2015 and has since focused his practice on helping families navigate aging, incapacity, long-term care, and the transfer of wealth.

Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1999 and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington. He remains active in the Hancock County community and has served on the board of the Hancock Health Foundation, including as Chairman.

Jason lives in McCordsville and is engaged to Ann. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his children, traveling, exercising, golf, tennis, pickleball, and other sports.

Kirk has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. He grew up in the small, southwest Indiana town of Fort Branch and attended the University of Southern Indiana. After earning his undergraduate degree in Communications, Kirk obtained his law degree from Indiana University.

Today, his goal is to help clients address the past, handle the present, and focus on the future. In his spare time, Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily; their kids, Kye and Clara; and the family dogs, Daryl, Pete, Ernie, and Dottie. Kirk lives in Greenfield and is also a member of the Rotary Club of Greenfield and served as the club’s President from 2020-2021.

Susan joined White & Jocham in 2018 and serves as a Paralegal, working closely with attorneys and clients throughout the estate planning and estate administration process. She takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate the practical and often personal aspects of planning for the future and managing the affairs of a loved one.

Susan brings more than 20 years of experience in home health and hospice care to her legal career. Her background caring for individuals and families during challenging times continues to shape her approach to client service, bringing patience, empathy, compassion, and attention to detail to her work.

Before joining White & Jocham, Susan worked as a paralegal with Ittenbach Johnson Koeller & Abrams in Indianapolis. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Ivy Tech Community College in 2014, graduating summa cum laude. She is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society and a 1994 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School in Fortville.

A lifelong Hancock County resident, Susan enjoys serving the community she has always called home. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, baking, spending time with her husband, John, their family, and her five dogs.

Kathy joined White & Jocham in May 2021 and serves as a Legal Assistant while also helping welcome clients at the firm’s front desk. As one of the first faces clients see and often the first voice they hear when they call, Kathy takes pride in creating a warm and comfortable experience from the start.

With more than two decades of experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, Kathy brings strong communication and client-relations skills to her role. She enjoys getting to know clients and assisting them throughout their experience with the firm. Whether greeting visitors, answering calls, assisting with legal documents, or helping keep the office running smoothly, Kathy approaches her work with compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Kathy graduated from New Palestine High School and continued her education at IUPUI. She has also been involved in her community through Read Up, Meals on Wheels, and Leadership Hancock County. Her academic achievements include the Hancock County Bank & Trust Award for Academic Excellence and membership in the National Honor Society.

Outside the office, Kathy lives in New Palestine with her husband and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her two adult children and two grandchildren, caring for her plants, and working on crafts.

Dan Tutrow

Dan serves as Director of Client Services at Dynamic Legacy Planning, a position he has held since March 2021. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, client retention, and financial services, Dan is passionate about building strong relationships and helping clients feel supported and confident.

Before joining Dynamic Legacy Planning, Dan spent nearly 20 years with AT&T in various sales and customer service roles before joining Charles Schwab as a Financial Services Professional. During his career, he earned his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and received multiple professional recognitions, including Charles Schwab’s Chairman’s Club award in 2021.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana State University. He is also deeply involved in the Hancock County community, serving as Treasurer and a board member of Hope House of Hancock County and supporting organizations including Special Olympics Hancock County, Leadership Hancock County, Meals on Wheels, and the Kenneth Butler Memorial Soup Kitchen.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, their children and granddaughter, traveling, golf, bowling, and following sports. He is passionate about giving back to the community and helping others.
